The potato chips extrusion machine can be used to produce many kinds of fried
expanded food, such as chips, tube shape, shell shape, and screw shape.

There are lots of products to choose from, such as spiral, potato chips, shrimp chips,
shells, round pipes, rings, wave, and so on. The detail of extruder processing
line is as follow:
1) Products: this processing line can be used to produce many kinds of fried expanded
food, such as tube shape, shell shape, and screw shape
a) Output: 50-100kg/h
b) Raw material: cassava starch, potato starch, potato powder, corn starch
2) Flow chart: mixing - extruding - cutting - cooling - drying - frying - flavoring
3) Voltage/frequency: 380V 50Hz (if the voltage/frequency of your county is differently,
we can charged fit it)
4) Installed capacity: 80kW
5) Factory requirements:
a) Workshop: L -20m / W-10m / H-3m
b) Raw material warehouse: L -10m / W-5m / H-2.8m

6) Technicians: 2 operators, 2 supplementary workers
7) Installation: we will send 2 engineers to the buyer's factory for a 10-day period
installation and training to the operators. All the related expenses will be
